By using depa Digital Content you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

You must sign in with a valid TechHunt account and are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Linking a company or freelancer profile requires a Claim Code issued by depa, which you must keep confidential.

You retain ownership of the works and content you upload, but grant depa the right to display, store, and publish that content on the platform for the purpose of promoting the digital content industry.

You warrant that your content does not infringe others' intellectual property, is lawful, and contains no inappropriate material.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that violates the law or others' rights
• Attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service
• Misuse other users' data or use it for unconsented marketing
• Impersonate any person or organisation

Submitted content may be reviewed by administrators before being published publicly. depa reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove content that breaches these Terms.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, depa is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the site.

depa may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
